Important: Each individual may hold only one jlnet Account. Registering multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jlnet Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jlnet will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jlnet's customer support immediately via in-app live chat so that appropriate security measures can be applied.
jlnet is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID). Additional documentation may be requested at jlnet's discretion, including proof of payment method ownership for GCash, Maya, or bank accounts used for deposits. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a withdrawal request may have their withdrawal request cancelled pending verification.
An Account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. jlnet reserves the right to apply an account maintenance administration fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, after providing reasonable advance notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
jlnet accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq (deposit only), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) except where the Player selects a cryptocurrency option. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier for each payment method. jlnet does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. jlnet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary based on payment provider processing times, KYC status, and jlnet's internal review procedures. The official currency of the jlnet Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP). All Real Money Fund balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting to the Account Wallet.
jlnet employs transaction monitoring systems to detect unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the Platform. jlnet reserves the right to suspend Account access, hold pending withdrawals, and report activity to relevant authorities where reasonable grounds for such action exist.

All RNG-based games on the jlnet Platform are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the theoretical mathematical return calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual gaming sessions. In the event of a technical malfunction or communication failure that interrupts a game session, jlnet will use its reasonable best efforts to reinstate the game to its last known valid state using available server records. jlnet is not liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side. Sports betting markets on jlnet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market type. jlnet reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or void sports betting markets at any time at its discretion, including where a result is materially influenced by irregular or suspicious activity. Bets on cancelled or voided markets will be returned to Players at stake odds of 1.0.
jlnet offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spin offers, cashback rebates, reload bonuses, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms.
jlnet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back Bonus Funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts; exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems; wagering in patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlnet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlnet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jlnet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jlnet does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jlnet will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The foregoing limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law and does not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
jlnet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a jlnet Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jlnet collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, fulfil KYC requirements, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. jlnet does not sell personal data to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law. jlnet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jlnet will provide reasonable advance notice to Players by email to their registered address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Requests for Account closure submitted on the basis of disagreement with amended Terms will be processed on priority, and your Real Money Fund balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method less any outstanding wagering obligations on active bonuses.
You may request closure of your jlnet Account at any time by contacting customer support via in-app live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after deduction of any amounts required to settle outstanding wagers or satisfy applicable bonus wagering requirements.
jlnet may suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspected fraud; provision of false registration information; detected minor status; regulatory direction; repeated bonus abuse; or any conduct determined to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.
Where an Account is closed by jlnet due to breach of these Terms, jlnet reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds may be returned at jlnet's discretion following completion of any required investigation and subject to any applicable legal holds.
If you have a dispute relating to any aspect of the jlnet Platform or these Terms, you should first contact jlnet's customer support team via in-app live chat, providing full details of the matter in dispute. jlnet will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within 48 hours and will use reasonable efforts to resolve it within 14 business days. All decisions by jlnet regarding gameplay disputes, including decisions on technical error outcomes, are made in good faith and in accordance with available records. jlnet's decisions on game outcome disputes are final where jlnet's server records clearly establish the outcome.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through jlnet's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between any translation of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
