jlnet is committed to protecting the personal data of every Filipino player on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data jlnet collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and what rights you hold as a data subject. Please read this document carefully before registering for a jlnet account.
Privacy at a Glance
These highlights summarise jlnet's core privacy commitments. They supplement — but do not replace — the full Privacy Policy set out below.
Every jlnet login session and every data transmission between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. Your credentials, payment details, and account data are never transmitted in plain text under any circumstances.
jlnet does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialise your personal data to third-party marketers, advertising networks, or data brokers. Personal information collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy — nothing else.
jlnet collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary to operate the platform, process payments, fulfil KYC obligations, and comply with legal requirements. We do not collect data that serves no documented operational or legal purpose.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data that jlnet holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data where no legal retention obligation applies. These rights are outlined in full in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy.
Where jlnet shares data with third parties — such as payment processors like GCash and Maya, KYC verification providers, and game studios — we do so only under contractual data protection agreements that bind those parties to equivalent security and privacy standards.
jlnet's data practices are designed to comply with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. Player data rights under Philippine law are respected and upheld by jlnet at all times.
jlnet ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") operates the online gaming platform accessible at jlnet.vip and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, "the Platform"). We are the data controller responsible for the personal data of individuals ("Players," "you," "your") who register for and use the jlnet Platform.
jlnet takes the privacy and security of personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy has been prepared in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines (the "Data Privacy Act"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable international data protection principles. It sets out in full how jlnet collects, uses, processes, stores, protects, and shares your personal data, and describes the rights available to you as a data subject.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into jlnet's Terms and Conditions. By registering for a jlnet account, depositing funds, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein.
If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you should not register for or continue using the jlnet Platform. If you have questions about how your data is handled, please contact us at the details provided in Section 14.
jlnet is the data controller for all personal data processed in connection with the jlnet Platform. As data controller, jlnet determines the purposes for which and the manner in which personal data is processed. Where jlnet engages third-party data processors — such as payment service providers, KYC verification partners, and game studio operators — jlnet retains responsibility for ensuring those processors handle data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
jlnet's data protection contact is reachable via the customer support channels described in Section 14. Players may direct data access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, and other data subject rights inquiries to the same contact point.
jlnet collects personal data through several points of interaction with the Platform. The categories of data collected are described below.
When you create a jlnet account, we collect: full name; date of birth; email address; Philippine mobile number; chosen username; and password (stored in encrypted form). This data is collected directly from you during the registration process.
To comply with identity verification requirements applicable to gambling platforms in the PAGCOR regulated market, jlnet collects: copies of government-issued Philippine identification documents (such as PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID); facial images or selfie photographs for identity matching purposes; proof of address documents where required; and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot confirming GCash or Maya account registration in the account holder's name).
jlnet records all deposit and withdrawal transactions associated with your account, including transaction amounts in PHP, payment method used (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph), transaction timestamps, and transaction reference numbers. jlnet does not store full payment account credentials (such as bank account numbers or GCash PIN codes) on its servers.
jlnet records gameplay activity including: games played; wager amounts; game outcomes; bonus activity; session start and end times; and betting history for sports markets. This data is used for account management, dispute resolution, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance purposes.
When you access the jlnet Platform, our servers automatically collect: IP address; device type and operating system; browser type and version; referring URL; pages visited within the Platform; session duration; and click interaction data. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, and platform optimisation purposes.
jlnet retains records of communications between you and our customer support team, including in-app live chat transcripts, email correspondence, and any screenshots or documents submitted in support of a query or dispute.

jlnet uses cookies and similar browser-based tracking technologies on the Platform to support essential functionality, maintain session security, and understand how Players interact with the Platform. The categories of cookies used by jlnet are as follows:
These cookies are essential for the Platform to function. They maintain your login session, remember your account preferences, enable secure payment flows, and prevent cross-site request forgery. These cookies cannot be disabled without materially impairing your ability to use the jlnet Platform.
Functional cookies remember your preferences, such as language settings and game lobby display preferences, to improve your experience on subsequent visits. These cookies do not track personal data beyond what is needed to maintain your preferences.
jlnet uses analytics cookies to collect aggregated, anonymised data about Platform usage patterns, including which games are most visited, session duration distributions, and navigation paths. This data helps jlnet improve the Platform. Analytics cookies do not identify individual Players by name.
Security cookies support jlnet's fraud detection systems by recording technical device fingerprint data associated with login sessions. This allows jlnet to identify unusual login patterns — for example, a login from an unrecognised device or IP address significantly different from a Player's usual access location in the Philippines.
jlnet does not use third-party advertising cookies or serve targeted advertising based on your browsing behaviour outside the jlnet Platform. No behavioural advertising profiles are created or shared with advertising networks.
jlnet does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialise your personal data. Data is shared with third parties only in the circumstances described below, and only to the extent strictly necessary for the stated purpose.
jlnet shares transaction data with payment processors including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (for Cliqq payments), and USDT TRC20 network operators, solely to facilitate deposit and withdrawal processing. These providers receive only the data required to process the specific transaction and are bound by their own data protection obligations.
jlnet engages third-party identity verification service providers to assist with KYC processing, including document authentication and facial matching. These providers process your submitted identification documents under contractual data processing agreements with jlnet.
Live dealer games and certain RNG games are operated by third-party studios (including WM, Evolution, SA Gaming, JILI, Pragmatic Play, and others). These studios receive session tokens and minimum required gameplay data to operate game rounds, but do not receive your full personal profile, KYC documents, or payment details.
jlnet may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units, or courts where required to do so by applicable Philippine law, a valid court order, or in response to a legitimate regulatory inquiry. jlnet will notify affected Players of such disclosure where legally permissible to do so.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of jlnet's business or assets, personal data held by jlnet may be transferred to the successor entity. Players will be notified of any such transfer and of any material changes to data processing as a result.
jlnet will never share your personal data with third-party marketers, data brokers, or advertising platforms. Any communication purporting to come from jlnet requesting personal data via unofficial channels should be treated as suspicious and reported to our support team immediately.
jlnet retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations. The general retention periods applicable to each data category are set out in the table in Section 3.
Financial and KYC data is typically retained for a period of five (5) years following account closure. This retention period is required to comply with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations and to enable resolution of any delayed disputes or regulatory inquiries. Technical log data is retained on a rolling 12-month basis unless specific logs are required in connection with an ongoing investigation or dispute.
Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, jlnet will securely delete or anonymise personal data in accordance with its data destruction procedures. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and statistical purposes, as it no longer constitutes personal data capable of identifying an individual.
jlnet implements a range of technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of Players, jlnet will notify the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines and affected Players in accordance with the notification obligations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing regulations. Notification will be made without undue delay and within the timeframe prescribed by applicable law.
No security system is completely impenetrable. While jlnet employs best-practice security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication on their jlnet accounts and to use strong, unique passwords.
The jlnet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. jlnet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Date of birth is collected at registration, and KYC identity verification is used to confirm that Account holders meet the minimum age requirement before withdrawal access is granted.
If jlnet discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account was registered by an individual under 21 years of age, jlnet will immediately suspend the Account, notify the registered email address, return any deposited Real Money Funds to the deposit source, and permanently delete personal data collected in connection with that Account beyond what is required for AML record-keeping purposes.
If you are the parent or guardian of a minor who has registered a jlnet account without your consent, please contact jlnet support immediately via in-app live chat. We will act promptly to close the account and return any funds deposited.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines and applicable data protection principles, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by jlnet. To exercise any of these rights, contact jlnet's customer support via in-app live chat or email as described in Section 14.
You may request a copy of all personal data that jlnet holds about you. We will provide this within 30 days of a verified request, subject to any legal exemptions.
You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Corrections to registration data may require re-verification of your identity.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal retention obligation applies.
You may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to transfer to another service provider where technically feasible.
You may object to processing of your personal data where the legal basis is legitimate interest. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
You may request that jlnet restrict processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as while accuracy is being contested or an objection is being assessed.
jlnet will respond to data subject rights requests within 30 days of receipt of a verified request. Where requests are complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 30 days with notice. Identity verification may be required before processing any data subject rights request to protect against unauthorised access to your data.
jlnet's core data infrastructure is primarily hosted in facilities serving the Asia-Pacific region. Where data is processed by third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located outside the Philippines — including certain game studio operators, cloud service providers, or fraud detection systems — jlnet ensures that such transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing regulations.
These safeguards include contractual data processing agreements incorporating standard data protection clauses, transfer impact assessments where required, and verification that recipient entities maintain equivalent data protection standards to those applicable in the Philippines. jlnet does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing the safeguards described above.
The jlnet Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites for promotional or informational purposes. In the limited cases where links to third-party systems are present — for example, within payment provider interfaces that open within the Platform's cashier flow — jlnet is not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party systems. Players accessing third-party payment interfaces should review those providers' own privacy policies directly.
jlnet reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform functionality. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how personal data is processed, the rights of Players, or the categories of data shared with third parties — jlnet will provide advance notice to Players by email to their registered address and by prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 14 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material updates, such as clarifications of existing practices or corrections of typographical errors, may be made without advance notice, though the effective date on this Policy will be updated. Players are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically to remain informed of how jlnet handles personal data. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
For any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or the personal data jlnet holds about you, please contact jlnet's customer support and data protection contact through the following channels:
jlnet will acknowledge receipt of privacy-related inquiries within 48 hours during Philippine business days and will aim to resolve or respond substantively to your inquiry within 30 calendar days. Where a request involves a complex data access export or involves coordinating with third-party data processors, we will inform you of any extension to the response timeline.
If you are unsatisfied with jlnet's response to a privacy complaint, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (NPC). Details of how to contact the NPC are available on the NPC's official government website.
jlnet does not respond to data subject rights requests received from third parties purporting to act on a Player's behalf unless accompanied by written authorisation from the Player themselves or a valid legal order. This policy exists to protect Players from unauthorised access to their personal data.
